04 — FLORIDA · FAC 64E-6.012

Maintenance software built around Florida's rules, not adapted to them.

Two visits a year for homes, four for commercial. Quarterly counts to DEP. A maintenance-entity permit for every brand you service, and an operating permit for every owner every two years. Tools built for Texas don't track any of this. DulyTrack does.

04.1 — WHAT FLORIDA ASKS OF YOU

Five obligations, one board

01

Visit frequency

2 a year residential, 4 commercial, per 64E-6.012. Each system's clock is set by its class, and the due-month planner spreads the load.

02

Quarterly DEP count

How many systems you hold under contract, by county, each quarter. Generated from live contracts; the report and the sent copy are kept.

03

Maintenance-entity permits

One per brand you service. DulyTrack tracks each permit's expiry and blocks a new contract on a brand you're not permitted for.

04 · 05

Operating permits and refusals

Owners' DEP 4081 permits renew every two years; you get the list. When an owner refuses to renew maintenance, the required notice to DEP goes out with a stored copy.

Rule summaries are plain-English with the citation beside them. Not legal advice.

04.2 — COUNTY BY COUNTY

Starting where the ATUs are.

Florida's DEP rules (Chapter 64E-6) are statewide, but each county office has its own habits for the quarterly report and permit paperwork. We want to map them with founding partners in these counties first. Yours isn't listed? Tell us on the form; two providers in a county get it built.

04.3 — IF YOU RUN BOTH STATES

One account, two rulebooks.

TEXAS SYSTEM

3 visits a year · report to county agent in 14 days · 2-year initial contract · county portal or email · TCEQ transporter tickets if you pump

FLORIDA SYSTEM

2 or 4 visits a year · quarterly DEP count · per-brand entity permit · owner operating permit every 2 years · refused-renewal notice

Each system carries its state's rules. Techs see the right checklist; the office sees one board with one colour code.

Three of the ten founding spots are set aside for Florida.
