What we collect, and what we do with it.

This site has one form on it. Everything below describes that form and nothing else, because there is nothing else — no account to create, no product to log into, and no tracking.

The short version

·No cookies. This site sets none, and stores nothing in your browser.
·No advertising trackers, no pixels, no social-media embeds.
·Nothing is sold or shared with anyone for marketing. Not your name, not your counties, not how many contracts you hold.
·If you never fill in the form, we never learn who you are.

A build check enforces the second point: the site is refused if any page loads anything from a domain that is not ours.

What the reserve form collects

Only what you type into it, plus one thing noted at the end.

Your name So a reply is addressed to a person.

Company name To understand who we would be working with.

Work email address To reply to you. This is the only field we genuinely need.

Mobile number Optional. Only used if you ask us to text rather than email.

State, and the counties you serve To know which authorities you file with, and which county connectors to build first.

Roughly how many contracts you hold A range, not a number. It tells us what size of provider we are talking to.

What you use today So we know what an import would have to read.

Where you arrived from If you clicked an advert or a link with tracking parameters on it, those parameters are sent with the form so we know which message reached you.

We also record the date and time you submitted, and a rough "fit" score our own form works out from the answers above. The score is a number for us; it is not shared and it does not affect anything you are offered.

Who sees it

Your submission is emailed to the founder's inbox and read by a person. Two companies handle it on the way there, and neither does anything with it beyond carrying it:

Cloudflare Hosts this site and runs the code that receives the form. Like any web host, it logs the fact that a request happened, including the IP address it came from.

Resend Delivers the email carrying your submission.

Both are established service providers with their own privacy terms. We do not give either of them permission to use your information for anything else.

How long we keep it, and how to be removed

We keep your enquiry while we are still in conversation, and for up to 24 months afterwards in case you come back to us. After that it is deleted.

You can ask at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and we will do it and confirm, normally within a few working days. You do not have to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.

Emails we send you about this enquiry carry an unsubscribe link. One click stops them.

Analytics

This site currently runs no analytics at all. If that changes we will use a privacy-respecting service that sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you, and we will say so here before it goes live.

Who this is for

This site is aimed at businesses that maintain aerobic septic systems. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes, and how to reach us

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant and we hold your details, we will tell you by email rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
